General Information

All events and concessions will be offered on the grounds of the Summer Village area. The main clubhouse will be available for dining. The main clubhouse will also serve as shelter in case of a weather emergency.

Prelims for Age Groups 8 and Under and 9-10

  • 11:00 AM - Warm Up
  • 12:30 PM - Timers Meeting
  • 1:00 PM - Events Begin

Saturday, July 27

Prelims for Age Group Relays (Including 9-10) and for Age Group 11-12, 13-14, 15-17

  • 9:00 AM - Warm Up
  • 10:30 AM - Timers Meeting
  • 11:00 AM - Events Begin

Sunday, July 28

Finals for all Events

  • 8:45 AM - Warm Up
  • 10:00 AM - Timers Meeting
  • 10:30 AM - Opening Ceremony and Parade
  • 11:30 AM - Events Begin

Admissions

  • Adult - $10.00
  • Children age 12-17 - $3.00
  • Children under 12 - Free

No charge for participating swimmers.

Payment

Admission may be paid by cash or credit card (MC or Visa). All on-site purchases will require the purchase of Scrip dollars. Scrip may be purchased with cash or credit card. Guest chits will not be available.

Concessions

Food and beverage services will be provided on the grounds by the Country Club of Detroit using Scrip dollars. Athlete food, beverage, and water will be offered near the swimmer tent. No Coolers Allowed.

Water will be provided for the athletes in the swimmer's tent. Swimmers may bring in personal snacks. All other food and drinks should be purchased at the event in the spirit of supporting the host club as stated by the MICSA Board.
